Prof. Mathieu Luisier appointed as Full Professor
Professor Mathieu Luisier, currently Associate Professor, has been appointed as Full Professor of Computational Nanoelectronics at D-ITET.

Mathieu Luisier’s research covers computer-assisted nanoelectronics, quantum transport, device physics and high-performance computing, among other topics. He developed a software programme called OMEN which is now regarded as the state-of-the-art quantum transport simulator for nanotransistors and other nanostructures. His outstanding work has won several awards, including an ERC Starting Grant in 2013.
