Ultra-low-power on-chip timer resilient to temperature variation
The Energy-Efficient Circuits and Intelligent Systems Group, led by Prof. Taekwang Jang, focuses on circuits and systems for next generation computing platforms. Energy-efficient design of the key circuit blocks for a miniaturized system, including an analog interface, optical and RF transceiver, frequency synthesizer, power management unit and data converter, is one of the primary interests. The group also focuses on application-specific system-level engineering for bio-medical devices and ultra-low power sensor nodes.
